Energy freedom and Rural Development Act *bill*:

H 3649 would provide rebates for Hybrid and other Fuel Efficient Vehicles from 2007-2011. Rebates up to $300 would be available for the lease/purchase of a Hybrid or Plug-In Hybrid Vehicle, also lease/purchasers of Plug-In Hybrids would be entitled to an income tax credit of up to $2000.
