Purchasers of Hybrid and Alternative Fuel Vehicles are entitled to a rebate up to $500.

Hybrid Registration Fee and Emissions Inspection Exemption *bill*:

HB 564 would exempt ‘Hybrid Vehicle’ and ‘Zero-Emission Vehicle’ owners from 5 years of registration fees.

Hybrid Sales and Use Tax Exemption *bill*:

HB 858/HB 857 would exclude purchasers of Hybrid Vehicles that achieve 45 MPG or higher from sales and use tax.
