Williamstown Fuel Efficient Motor Vehicle Grant Program:

Owners of (2003-2007) hybrids and other fuel efficient vehicles in Williamstown, MA are eligible for grants up to 75% of the state motor vehicle excise tax paid. The rebate grants are available as follows, up to 75% of the tax paid for owners of vehicles with a minimum 50 MPG (city), and up to 50% of the tax paid for owners of vehicles with a minimum 30 MPG (city). *Only vehicles registered in Williamstown, MA are eligible for this rebate*

Hybrid HOV *bill*:

S2062 would allow hybrids meeting the ‘Ultra Low Emission Vehicle’ emissions ratings access to ‘High Occupancy Vehicle’ lane, regardless of number of passengers.
